The concept of a new and advanced mobility ecosystem designed on big-data infrastructure platforms is rapidly expanding across the world. With new technologies looking at offering transit infrastructure platforms as a service, companies like Adecore & Tuma Enterprises are looking to integrate data and transform transportation services one operator at a time, and their journey starts in Liberia.

Through the Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Public Works the Liberian government has been investing in the transportation sector with objectives set to train the youth and create job opportunities, provide a more resilient road network for economic growth and improve the legal and institutional capacities of the sector and its regulators.

Liberia among many other West-African countries is looking for solutions that can help to improve transportation services to increase network capacity and make enforcement easier through minimum economic impact while delivering on high-availability digital mobility services.

Managing Partner of Adecore Global, Farooq Khan discussed their vision in Africa and the mission alignment between Adecore and Tuma Enterprises, “Adecore is honoured to work with partners like Tuma Enterprises who together wish to bring value to all mobility stakeholders by creating meaningful technology and consumer experiences.”

Mr. Khan further mentioned that Government stakeholders can gain a real-time perspective of their entire mobility network, as our platform ingests data from multiple sources, including vehicles and road infrastructure to enable policy creation and enforcement capability that previously would be much more difficult to achieve. "Our learnings from the sector and experience in deploying a localised technical operating model designed for the West-African market and its challenges positions us well to achieve real impact".

With further announcements from the partnership soon to be announced, both Adecore and Tuma Enterprises are well and truly on the way to implementing transport modernisation in West-Africa.
