Adecore uses cookies and similar technologies to operate its website, understand how visitors use it and improve the clarity, performance and relevance of its content.
This Cookie Notice explains:
- What cookies and related technologies are
- What information they collect
- Why Adecore uses them
- The choices available to you
- How you can withdraw or change your consent
This notice should be read together with Adecore’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on or accessed from your computer, mobile device or browser when you visit a website.
Cookies can allow a website to:
- Operate correctly
- Remember choices or preferences
- Distinguish one browser from another
- Understand how visitors navigate through pages
- Measure website usage and performance
- Protect the website against misuse
Similar technologies include pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, scripts, software development kits and other technologies that store information on, or obtain information from, a device.
References to “cookies” in this notice include these similar technologies where appropriate.
3. First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies
First-party cookies are placed by or on behalf of Adecore through the website. They may support essential functions, remember your privacy choices or enable website analytics.
Third-party cookies
Third-party cookies are placed through the website by another organisation, such as an analytics, hosting, security or embedded-content provider.
Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms as well as their contractual arrangements with Adecore.
Adecore will identify the relevant providers in the cookie register below once the website’s production configuration has been verified.
4. Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies
Session cookies are temporary. They usually expire when you close your browser or when the browsing session ends.
Persistent cookies
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. They may be used to remember your cookie preferences or distinguish visits made from the same browser.
The expiry period for each cookie should be shown in the cookie register.
5. Information collected
Subject to your choices and applicable law, Adecore’s website technologies may collect:
- Your Internet Protocol address
- Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address
- Browser, operating system and device information
- Referring website, search engine or campaign source
- Pages viewed
- Links or features selected
- The sequence of pages visited
- Your journey through the website
- Date and time of access
- Approximate time spent on a page or during a visit
- Technical performance and error information
- Cookie, browser or device identifiers
- Your cookie-consent preferences
An IP address, cookie identifier or related technical identifier may constitute personal information where it identifies, relates to or can reasonably be associated with an individual.
6. Why we use cookies
Adecore uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes.
Strictly necessary cookies
These technologies are required to operate, protect or administer the website.
They may be used to:
- Deliver website pages
- Maintain essential functionality
- Protect against malicious traffic
- Distribute network traffic
- Maintain a browsing session
- Process a contact-form submission
- Store your cookie-consent choices
Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent where applicable law permits their use without consent.
Disabling them through your browser may prevent parts of the website from functioning correctly.
Analytics and performance cookies
With your permission, Adecore uses analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the website.
They may help us determine:
- Which pages are visited
- Which content receives the most engagement
- Where visitors arrive from
- The approximate countries or regions visitors access the website from
- How visitors move between pages
- Where a visitor’s website journey begins or ends
- Whether technical errors occur
- How the website performs across devices and browsers
We use these insights to improve navigation, content structure, usability and technical performance.
Analytics should not intentionally record the contents of contact-form fields, passwords, protected health information or other sensitive information.
Where consent is required, analytics will remain disabled until you choose to accept them.
Functional cookies
If enabled, functional cookies allow the website to remember optional choices such as language, display or accessibility preferences.
These cookies are not currently intended to be essential to the public website. If functional technologies are introduced, they should be listed in the cookie register and activated only in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
Advertising and targeting cookies
Adecore does not currently intend to use the public website for behavioural advertising or cross-site advertising.
Retain this statement only after confirming that the website does not contain LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, remarketing technology or another advertising tracker.
If advertising technologies are introduced, this notice and the consent interface must be updated before they are activated.
7. Contact forms and analytics
Adecore may use a contact form to receive enquiries.
Information entered into the form is collected when you choose to submit it and is handled under the Adecore Privacy Policy. Form information may include your name, email address, organisation, telephone number and the contents of your message.
Analytics providers must be configured so that they do not intentionally capture:
- The contents of form fields
- Medical or health information
- Confidential project information
- Passwords or authentication credentials
- Documents submitted through a protected channel
Submitting a contact form may generate essential technical and security logs even if you have rejected analytics cookies.
8. Legal basis and consent
Where consent is required, Adecore relies on your consent to activate analytics, functional or advertising technologies.
Consent must be:
- Freely given
- Specific
- Informed
- Expressed through a positive choice
- Capable of being withdrawn
Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent you from accessing the general content of the website.
Strictly necessary technologies may continue to operate because they are required to provide or protect the website.
9. Managing your choices
When you first visit the website, you should be presented with the following choices:
- Accept analytics
- Reject non-essential cookies
- Manage preferences
No non-essential category should be selected automatically.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. It will prevent the relevant technologies from collecting new information where technically possible.
10. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to:
- View stored cookies
- Delete some or all cookies
- Block first-party or third-party cookies
- Receive a warning before a cookie is stored
- Clear cookies when the browser closes
- Use a private or incognito browsing mode
Browser settings differ between providers and devices. Consult your browser’s help or privacy settings for instructions.
Blocking all cookies—including strictly necessary cookies—may prevent parts of the website from operating correctly.
Deleting cookies may also delete your recorded consent preference. If this occurs, the website may ask you to make a new selection.
11. Do Not Track and browser signals
Some browsers communicate privacy preferences through signals such as “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control.
Adecore should configure its website to recognise legally required browser signals where technically supported and applicable.
Because there is not yet a uniform global standard for every browser signal, the Cookie Settings control remains the primary mechanism for managing choices unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Cookie Register
The following register must be completed from a scan of the production website—not the Webflow staging environment—before publication.
Strictly Necessary/ Technical
These Cookies are necessary to allow us to operate our Sites so you may access them as you have requested. These Cookies, for example, let us recognise that you have created an account and have logged into that account to access Site content. They also include Cookies that enable us to remember your previous actions within the same browsing session and secure our Sites.
Analytical/ Performance
These Cookies are used by us or third party service providers to analyse how the Sites are used and how they are performing. For example, these Cookies track what pages are most frequently visited, and from what locations our visitors come from. If you subscribe to a newsletter or otherwise register with the Sites, these Cookies may be correlated to you.
Functionality
These Cookies let us operate the Sites in accordance with the choices you make. These Cookies permit us to "remember" you in-between visits. For instance, we will recognise your user name and remember how you customised the Sites and services, for example by adjusting text size, fonts, languages and other parts of web pages that are alterable, and provide you with the same customisations during future visits.
Third Party
These Cookies collect information about your activities on these and other sites to provide you targeted advertising. We may also allow our third party service providers to use Cookies on the Sites for the same purposes identified above, including collecting information about your online activities over time and across different websites. The third party service providers that generate these Cookies, such as Webflow, LinkedIn, Twitter (X) and Facebook (Meta), have their own privacy policies, and may use their Cookies to target advertising to you on other websites, based on your visit to our Sites.
If a technology collects information without setting a conventional cookie, it should still be included and described as a pixel, script, local-storage item or other tracking technology.
13. International processing
Analytics, hosting and security providers may process website information in countries outside the country in which you are located.
The countries and safeguards relevant to these transfers are described in the Adecore Privacy Policy.
The cookie register should link to the privacy notice of every third-party provider used on the production website.
14. Retention
Cookie information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
Individual cookie durations are shown in the cookie register. Related analytics data may be retained separately within the analytics platform according to Adecore’s configured retention period.
Adecore should regularly review whether:
- Each cookie remains necessary
- Its duration remains proportionate
- The provider is still in use
- The information collected remains appropriate
- The consent configuration operates as described
15. Changes to this notice
Adecore may update this Cookie Notice when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
If a change materially affects the choices available to you, Adecore may ask you to review or renew your consent.
